È esperienza comunale, per un professionista che si trova ad affrontare un progetto, richiedere un confronto ad altri colleghi. Questo confronto può avvenir secondo due modalità: la supervisione e l'intervisione. Quando si parla di supervisione, in genere si fa riferimento a una relazione tra due professionisti, uno dei quali è più esperto, che riflettono insieme circa il lavoro del meno esperto. Il concetto di intervisione implica invece un contesto nel quale più professionisti, con un livello di preparazione equivalente, riflettono intorno alle loro prassi, supportandosi reciprocamente nel miglioramento delle proprie competenze. E offre l'opportunità di apprendere da chi ha un'esperienza e un orientamento diverso rispetto a chi presenta il caso.

ENG | On the second Tuesday of every month, we work on the projects that each of the participants share.

It is a common experience for a professional who is faced with a project to request a reflection with other colleagues. This confrontation can take two forms: supervision and intervision. When we speak of supervision, we generally refer to a relationship between two professionals, one of whom is more experienced, who reflect together on the work of the less experienced. Intervision, on the other hand, implies a context in which several professionals with an equivalent level of preparation reflect on their practice and support each other in improving their skills. And it offers the opportunity to learn from those with a different experience and orientation from the case presenter.

Es habitual que un profesional que se enfrenta a un proyecto se plantee una reflexión con otros colegas. Esta reflexión puede adoptar dos formas: la supervisión y la intervisión. Cuando hablamos de supervisión, generalmente nos referimos a una relación entre dos profesionales, uno de ellos más experimentado, que reflexionan juntos sobre el trabajo del menos experimentado. La intervisión, en cambio, implica un contexto en el que varios profesionales con un nivel de preparación equivalente reflexionan sobre su práctica y se apoyan mutuamente para mejorar sus competencias. Y ofrece la oportunidad de aprender de quienes tienen una experiencia y una orientación diferentes a las del presentador del caso.
